Anyone interested in volunteering as a coach or team staff for next season can apply by completing the downloadable application below. If you are applying to the following Police Departments, Saanich, Victoria, Oak Bay, local RCMP detachments, please print and submit the criminal background check letter to them in person with two pieces of ID. The background check will be completed and the Police department will call you to pick up your form.
Please complete the coaches application form on-line and then use the Print Form button at the bottom of page one to print all three (3) pages. Or you may print the form and complete it by hand. 2012 Coaches Application Form
