*Please note the GVMFA enforces its boundaries.  You must play for the park in the district you live in or go to school in.  Any exceptions to this rule must be approved by the Board of Directors for the GVMFA.

 REGISTRATION

Please download the 2012 registration form (complete online and print or print and complete by hand) and mail it in with your payments and copies of your birth certificate or care card showing the birthdate.  Every player must submit a copy of their birth certificate or care card whether you played in the league before or not.  We do not keep players copies from year to year.  If you would like to register in person go to the next registration gear-up session.  Bring all necessary documents to complete your registration!

Gear-Up Trailers are at Belmont Park - From Victoria, go north on Hwy 1, take Colwood exit just after Victoria General Hospital. Follow road passing Juan de Fuca Rec Center. Just past JDF turn left onto Ocean Boulevard. Foolow Road until you come to the old firehall on the right. Turn right at firehall, trailers are behind it.

APPLYING FOR KIDSPORT? - Click on the Kidsport tab on the main homepage and download the application form for VICTORIA.  Fill out  ALL sections on the form especially the ADJUDICATOR section.  Get a qualified person to sign this section on your behalf and send the form with your registration to us.  We forward all Kidsport applications to Kidsport Victoria.  DO NOT mail the application in directly yourself.

 PLEASE NOTE:  When choosing which team you are registering with, please register for the team in the area where you live.  Please keep in mind that if that team is full you may be asked to move to another team where they need more kids.  You will see a first and second choice of team on the registration form and these are considered your primary choices but we ask people to be aware there are caps on numbers for each team to keep things balanced.
